3. Payment and Refunds
Payment for the selected subscription tier must be completed for access to our online lessons and resources. Users will have access to online lessons and relevant resources within two (2) working days following payment confirmation. Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances, unless it is determined that STEM Futures LLP is specifically at fault for the issue necessitating a refund.

Reimbursement
For cancellations within the 14-day cooling-off period whereby the provision of services has not begun, we will reimburse all payments received from you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you cancel before the course start date and before the provision of any services, a full refund will be given.

- Cancellation will cease any further payments. However, your access to our services will continue until one month has passed from your last payment. This ensures that you receive the full benefit of the last month’s subscription for which you have paid for.
