Welcome to STEM Futures LLP. As part of our commitment to providing a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment for all our students and staff, we have established this Code of Conduct. This policy applies to all users of STEM Futures LLP services, including students, parents, and guardians, across all platforms and communications.
1. Respect and Integrity
Respect for Others: All interactions within the STEM Futures LLP community must be respectful and courteous. Discrimination, harassment, or bullying of any kind will not be tolerated.
Honesty: Users must conduct themselves with honesty and integrity at all times. Any form of academic dishonesty, including plagiarism, is strictly prohibited.
2. Communication
Professionalism in Communication: All communications, whether written or verbal, must be conducted in a professional and respectful manner.
Privacy: Respect the privacy of others. Do not share personal information about students, tutors, or any member of the community without their explicit consent.
3. Participation
Active Participation: Users are encouraged to actively participate in their learning, contributing positively to the learning environment.
Feedback: Constructive feedback is welcome, but it must be provided in a respectful and supportive manner.
4. Use of Resources
Proper Use of Materials: Educational materials and resources provided by STEM Futures LLP are to be used solely for personal learning and not for commercial use or distribution.
Intellectual Property: Respect the intellectual property rights of the content provided by STEM Futures LLP and third parties.
5. Online Conduct
Appropriate Behaviour Online: Users must maintain a respectful and professional demeanour in all online interactions, including video sessions, forums, and chats.
Security:Users are responsible for the security of their account information and must not share their login details with others.
6. Reporting Misconduct
Responsibility to Report: Users are encouraged to report any instances of misconduct or breaches of this Code of Conduct to STEM Futures LLP administration.
Investigation: STEM Futures LLP will investigate all reports of misconduct. Appropriate actions, including warning, suspension, or termination of services, may be taken based on the findings.
7. Compliance and Enforcement
Adherence: By using the services provided by STEM Futures LLP, users agree to adhere to this Code of Conduct.
Sanctions: Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to, suspension or termination of access to STEM Futures LLP services.
